The Building Products IT team is looking for a motivated colleague to lead and manage the product master data team of our Building Products Business Unit in times where intelligent use of data is essential for our business success. In this challenging role you will lead the Product Master Data Management team and be responsible for creating a vision, improve existing processes and maintain master data governance topics. In this position you will collaborate with colleagues in other locations around the globe. Your new responsibilities Create a vision and be responsible for the Business Units Product Master Data strategy (in close alignment with Siemens wide initiatives) Act as Product Manager for all business requirements towards the global MDM platform, responsible for the Demand Management Lead of the MDM team Challenge the status quo and strive for efficient, digitized, and automated processes Lead and oversee data governance across the organization Lead of the data steward community Curious about the latest master data management trends Further development of policies and regulations with the team Ensure regular stakeholder communication Responsible for cyber security in master data management Your skills and experience Higher technical, commercial, or business education and a high affinity for information technologies Experience in master data management, knowledge of data governance, data architecture and data integration Leadership experience Sound understanding of master data management platforms, ideally Stibo/SAP Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) Ability to work in an international and interdisciplinary team Winning and communicative personality Good communication skills in English.
