**Head of Boarding Job Description**

**Job Title:** Head of Boarding

**Job Responsibilities:**

1. Develop and implement strategic plans and annual objectives for the boarding department, ensuring the efficient operation and continuous innovation of the department's business.
2. Responsible for the overall operation of boarding services, including passenger reception, baggage handling, security supervision, and other aspects of coordination and supervision.
3. Manage and train the boarding department team, improve the team's professional quality and service level, and ensure passengers receive a satisfactory boarding experience.
4. Collaborate closely with other departments to optimize boarding processes, improve overall operational efficiency, and reduce costs.
5. Handle emergencies and special situations, ensuring the safety and interests of passengers and the company are not compromised.

**Qualifications Required:**

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in transportation, hotel management, or related fields preferred.
2. At least 5 years of experience in boarding or related fields of management, preferably with experience in managing boarding departments at well-known airlines or major airports.
3. Strong organizational, coordination, and management abilities, able to independently handle complex problems and emergencies.
4. Excellent teamwork spirit and customer service awareness, capable of leading the team to provide high-quality services.
5. Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and standards, with a certain ability in safety management and crisis handling.
