Job Description
The role
We are looking for a Head of Digital Communications to manage the successful planning and implementation of the digital communications of our Education Marketing programme in China including the GREAT campaign (Education strand) . In this role you will own and develop the Education Marketing digital communication strategy and oversee all aspects of digital content, platforms and output. The Head of Digital Communications oversees the development of the main UK education Chinese website as well as associated web platforms; our presence on social media sites and the content production for successful engagement with different audience segments.
Suitable applicants must have experience in ecommerce, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), PPC (Pay Per Click), Email marketing, and social media as well and managing a successful large scale digital campaign. You should have good data-driven experience, tracking campaign performance and providing insight to senior stakeholders as well as experience of leading creation and implementation of digital strategy – including digital material for young people.

You must have a good understanding on Analytics and other online tools coupled with strong knowledge of current online digital marketing concepts, strategy and best practice and of developing content for mobile and tablet devices.

You should also have excellent communication skills in both English C1 (Aptis C1, IELTS 7 or equivalent) and Chinese B1 (HSK 3 or equivalent).
