We’re looking for a senior operations manager to:

• Oversee local IB Operations in Frankfurt and closely coordinate with the global IB Operations delivery teams
• Manage a team of 12 staff covering middle office client support, transaction processing and local regulatory transaction reporting
• Ensure a stable production environment along operational level agreements and daily risk management
• Implement regulatory requirements and ensure continued compliance with local regulations
• Address regulatory requests being addressed to the function
• Monitor all outsourced activities are in line with regulatory requirements including active management of service deviations
• Build sustainable relationships with key stakeholders in the Investment Bank and Operations across in Europe and London
• Act as an escalation point for business stakeholders
