1、 Be Responsible of making work plans according to the demand for resources of the district academic affairs office, and is responsible for the implementation of the work plans made in order to achieve the annually/quarterly/monthly requirements for resource utilization.
2、 Be responsible for the training for foreign and Chinese teachers, and academic affairs officers according to the requirement of academic affairs office of our Headquarters.
3、 Evaluate Chinese Teachers, Teaching Assistants, and Foreign Teachers quarterly according to the accessing requirements; provide relevant documents and feedbacks in a timely manner according to the procedures; manage team members hierarchically, and report to the principal.
4、 In charge of overseeing the teaching service, teaching quality, and enforcing a “culture of English” environment; be able to swiftly adjust working pace according to the change of the surroundings, ensuring the students’ normal study schedule and graduation.
5、 Be responsible for the training of new English Teachers and giving lessons to students.
6、 Manage teaching materials and foreign staff records.

Requirements for the position:
1、 Bachelor’s degree or above.
2、 Strong language teaching background preferred.
