SRIS is searching for an experienced Head Teacher/ School Principal. To take up this positon, we need someone who is enthusiastic and passionate about education and people. They need to deliver inspirational, and effective leadership, and management for the whole school.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day school operations and the school office staff
• Set learning goals for students and teachers based on British National Curriculum
• Coordinate the school admission
• Provide guidance to teachers
• Organize school events and assemblies
• Monitor and report on teacher performance to Supervisor
• Interview and hire school personnel
• Review and implement school policies
• Handle emergencies and school crises

Requirements

• Native English speaker
• Bachelor degree or above in Education
• At least 3 years solid experience in management position will be an advantage
• Familiar with Hong Kong educational ordinances and procedure
• Good collaboration and leading skills in a multi-cultural environment
• Good capability of interpersonal communication
