Take your next career step with us. Responsibilities and Role: Leading the IT S Digital Sales Platform department with a yearly budget of ~ 20 Mio Euro (incl. P&L responsibility) and a team of Siemens internal employees support by a large team of an external Service- and Solution-Provider Owning the global IT Service for the Siemens CRM solution used in more then 100 countries and by ~ 19.500 Sales professionals globally based on Salesforce products. Securing the further development and maintenance of this global IT Service aligned with all partners in the countries and the business Headquarters of DI, SI and SFS. Strong partnership with Business stakeholders and other internal (finance departments, Legal Data protection, Cyber security) and external partners as the Software Vendors and Service- and Solution-Provider Develop further integration in the Siemens IT Sales Roadmap to ensure efficient E2E processes for the Businesses Securing all relevant Data Protection and Cyber Security topics for a global solution Secure a holistic approach of communication within the IT Sales department and to all relevant partners. Lead the IT Service based on ITIL Processes incl. an overarching documentation of the functions and service processes Your Background: You have extensive experience delivering IT services and large IT projects, as well as in working with and managing suppliers in complex IT Landscape for large-scale global enterprise environments. A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in managing IT Services with System Integrators and a huge percentage of outsourcing and offshoring You have proven ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical IT specifications and contractual language with the needed curiosity to question things. Experience in CRM services Lead to Cash, CRM Sales Funnel processes, Order processes (CPQ and ERP solutions), in Sales Planning and Sales Reporting topics You have proven ability to identify critical requirement information across CRM and peripheral source processes and systems. You can evaluate potential implications associated with them and contribute to solutions. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build good working relationships with internal and external counterparts. You have strong team player skills and ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with diverse individuals at all levels of an organization. A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in leading international teams Proactive team worker, with excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills. Solid commercial, numerical and analytical skills. Business (contract and negotiation) fluent in English and German.
