Then come and join our global team as Head (f/m/d) of Service Lifecycle Management (SLM) to drive services for our products. This position is part of the SHS Customer Services leadership team. You define and implement the global field service strategy and required IT in service for our complete product portfolio from product definition to the end of the product lifecycle in close cooperation with our Business Lines, Country organizations and Horizontals. You ensure best service lifecycle cost for all our products in the field, high customer satisfaction and high quality treatment of patients. Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours. Your tasks and responsibilities: You drive productivity and automation in field service through digital transformation and edge breaking innovative processes and tools for serviceability, maintenance and troubleshooting including documentation You establish and maintain a suitable IT-Applications landscape to ensure efficient serviceability of our products in the field You generate and assess service-related metrics and analysis (data analytics) of anomalies to determine certain patterns, which drive investigations at product development You design and launch innovative analytic models and leverage Artificial Intelligence to further develop our IT-Applications You drive forward our Smart Remote Services (SRS) Platform Design, Development and Operation incl. the Remote Service Client You lead a global and highly motivated team of managers and professionals and you closely collaborate with stakeholders at Siemens Healthineers globally To find out more about the specific business, have a look at Customer Services Your qualifications and experience: You hold a degree in engineering, physics, IT or comparable You have many years of experience in Service Lifecycle Management or R&D expert and leadership roles You are familiar with state-of-the art PLM processes and adjacent service processes and have a deep understanding of future way of digital services powered by product data management systems. You have proven your innovation mindset by implementing new processes into global organizations You have a profound understanding of the medical devices industry or other regulated industry as well as ideally knowledge of medical products and systems applications You have a proven track record in change and transformation management on enterprise level You have experience in leading diverse, cross-functional teams and working with multinational teams Your attributes and skills: You have extensive collaboration and influencing skills that enable you to build up strong business relationships with various stakeholders. You are a talented communicator with the ability to handle and resolve conflicts appropriately. Your extensive analytical skills and your results-focused approach enable you to structure complex situations and drive efficient decision-making. Your personal attributes include decisiveness, an entrepreneurial mindset and focus to generate business impact. You are passionate about coaching and developing diverse people in a multicultural environment.
