As a technical manager, you would then be responsible for the entire plant in terms of digital transformation, investment, processes, and personnel planning. As technical manager for the Buzias plant, you would be responsible for approx. 180 employees, manage approx. 5 direct reports and report to the management of the Mechatronic Bad Neustadt / Tübingen plant network. In project management you will be responsible for the implementation of the future design of the BUZIAS plant. The focus is on implementation based on digital planning and simulations, introduction of NewWork, and always with an eye on deadlines and adherence to budgets. As an active member of the management team, you are primarily responsible for Production Buzias and the optimal supply of markets and customers. In this role you are equally a driver for the further development of the organization. You provide the technical and personnel production capacity based on forecasts, take over the demand-oriented flexibilization and are responsible for maintaining profitability. In addition, you will ensure flawless process execution and compliance with all occupational safety, environmental protection, and labor law requirements. You track the key figures for cost, quality, and on-time production execution within the framework of store floor management and initiate and monitor necessary corrections. Furthermore, you continuously develop the production processes about costs, quality, speed and keeping our employees healthy, introduce new production technologies or increase the degree of automation including procurement and qualification. You will play an active role in the strategic development of engine production, by managing and coaching the value stream managers assigned to this task. You will also coach employees about increasing demands in the timely and quality-oriented execution of projects. Your profile for "making the future possible” The basis for your success is a successfully completed degree as Dipl. Ing. or Master or a comparable education in the field of mechanical engineering / industrial engineering. You are looking forward to contributing your many years of relevant experience in the field of production and logistics in the product business to our company, e.g., from the mechanical engineering, automotive, etc. sectors. In addition, you have already gained experience in disciplinary personnel management of at least 10-15 employees.
