Our Mission: Enable new business models and ensuring a best-in-class individual customer experience along the E2Ecustomer journey with state-of-the-art eCommerce platforms aligned with the Business eCommerce/go-to-market strategy, the IT Digital Sales strategy, enterprise architecture and technology trends. Close collaboration with Business IT units will be key. Responsibilities and Role: Using your expertise, you will be responsible for: As Head (f/m/d) of eCommerce Platform, you will develop IT solutions facilitating digital interactions with customers and partners You are also responsible for the global platforms enabling Customer & Partner Communities You are part of the Xcelerator Marketplace front-end across software, hardware, and subscription business In addition, your responsibilities also include partner Management solutions You will also be in charge for Customer Contact Center for omni-channel communication and case management Digital Customer Services also fall within your remit Your Background: The basis for your success is a successfully completed master´s or PhD in IT or business administration with focus on IT or a similar degree You convince with strong management experience and leadership skills for technical and functional teams Moreover, you bring a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in leadership of international teams and people management (project or team lead experience) You have solid experience with sales, customer service, eCommerce technologies and cloud platforms You have In-depth knowledge of order-to-cash processes, user experience and customer journey Besides that, you have solid commercial, numerical and analytical skills You have very good Sales Force know how, commercial cloud knowledge is a plus Personally, you have strong interpersonal and communication skills and are able to build good working relationships with internal and external counterparts Furthermore, you have strong team player skills and ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with diverse individuals at all levels of an organization As a proactive team worker, you have excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills Fluent Business (contract and negotiation) English is required.
