Accountable to Headmaster

IGCSE/A-level High School Position
■To assume overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and development of the Academic department
■To ensure excellent standards of teaching and learning through continuing professional development of teachers
■To oversee students dropping and changing courses
■To assume overall responsibility for the administration of all external examinations taking place within the school.
■To be responsible for the annual evaluation of academic staff reporting to him/her as line manager and to participate readily in his/her own annual evaluation as managed by the Headmaster and Senior Leadership Team
■To seek to deliver the curriculum at all stages employing the best of international pedagogy
■To develop a system of student representation allowing for regular dialogue and the development of leadership skills.
■To be responsible for the annual evaluation of all teaching staff and play a key role in their recruitment.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree or above;
2. At least 5 years related working experience;
3. Familiar with A-level/IGCSE curriculum;
