Report to: CFO APAC (based in Shanghai)

The Head of Accounting and Tax China is:

• the supervisor of Accounting, tax, treasury for China
• the stream leader for each projects of China
• the leader for the finance optimization in China
• part of the internal control team with controlling
• the supervisor of the Joyview accounting system development

• Ensure the accuracy of the monthly closing for Group purpose
• Ensure the annual closing and the auditors relationship
• Update the transfer pricing and follow up the local tax with direct report to the Finance Director and Tax Manager in Singapore
• Follow up of the administrative topics (archives / licenses update) in link with the Legal in the China.
• Follow up and planning of the working capital
• Ensure the internal audit compliance for the office
• Resort technical training when needed

• Help the users to prepare the business case on new projects with controlling
• Assess the impact on accounting and link with controlling for the Constot
• Assess and optimize the impact on the accounting daily task
• Give recommendations to respect the group rules as well as the local regulations on accounting and taxation point of view
• Be able to raise alerts to top management if any risks

• Be the key contact for all the group implementations (such as Docu Sign, Workday, Staff claims…)
• Propose new improvements/ Time saving / Digitalization for local office
• Organize ‘committee’ with every department to ensure the collect of data and the collect of the needs.
• Ensure the update of business information to the accounting team

• Supervise the relation with the 3rd party consulting company
• Supervise the industrialization of the implementation
• Make the link between the in house consultant and the resorts to follow up the development needs

• Internal control compliance in Link with Business control

• Joyview Accounting system follow up

Requirements:

• Fluent in both Mandarin and English
• Senior knowledge in accounting principle PRC, Chinese Tax system
• Good knowledge of IFRS
• Excellent management and leadership skills, ability to delegate and to coach
• Ability to have the overview / doing synthesis
• Ability to work in transverse and project mode
• Rigor and organization
