HKIA is a professional body for the architects in Hong Kong, the running of which is governed by the Hong Kong Institute of Architects Incorporation Ordinance (Chapter 1147). HKIA is mandated to promote the architectural excellence and to raise the standard of professional architectural services provided by members. HKIA Secretariat is currently composed of around 34 staff in Hong Kong and 2 in Beijing.

The Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) is looking for a high caliber person to assume the post of Administrative Officer (carrying title: Head of Administration).

Job Descriptions

Coordinate administrative, HR, accounting and IT matters;

Responsible for office procurement, office maintenance, premises and warehouse rental, company registration, insurance, inventory control and record management;

Project management for office automation;

Assist in organising staff activities to enhance staff morale;

Handle full spectrum of office management functions including policy and procedure preparation and revision, execution of operation manual;

Co-ordinate with Beijing office;

Any other duties as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer.
