Job Title: Heard of Boarding (Boys & Girls Dorm) at International School

Salary: 18,000 – 26,000 RMB after tax (plus benefits)

Located in the scenic and historic outskirts of Chengdu, this International School incorporates a broad educational experience, balancing Chinese culture and philosophy alongside an international curriculum delivered entirely in English.



Responsibilities:

To oversee all aspects of the running of the dormitories to create a safe, well-ordered and friendly environment for boarding students;
To manage and support all the dorm staff in the execution of their duties;
To develop a programme of extra-curricular activities for the boarders.


Requirements:

A genuine interest in the teaching and professional development of young learners;
Open-minded, an adventurous spirit, flexible;
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university;
Clear criminal background check;
Experience traveling internationally and/or working abroad preferred.
