This is an inspiring and strategic role as global Head of Brand Strategy and Governance in Siemens Communications. Our communications department is the voice of the company. We are one team. The Head of Brand Strategy and Governance (f/m/d) will lead and shape our global brand strategy across the whole brand ecosystem with clarity, purpose and impact. This role requires someone with excellent strategic thinking, strengths in operational discipline and outstanding collaboration in a matrix organization. You must be a strong leader with the ability to create an inspiring brand vision for the future and bring our internal and external stakeholders together by delivering compelling and actionable strategies and action plans, grounded in business reality. The role is anticipated to be located in Munich but can also work in a European time zone location. It reports to the Head of Brand, Siemens Communication, Khanh Huynh-Kürzinger. What part will you play? Lead global brand strategy including positioning and governance within Siemens AG and across the brand ecosystem. Build a decisive and distinctive brand strategy framework, that helps the brand to stand out, drive coherence and truly empowers the organization. Lead global brand design experience across all touchpoints of the audience experience journey in distinctive, flexible, iconic assets that bring to life our brand positioning. Lead audience experience journey strategy framework for activation across core topics in close partnership with topic owners, communication excellence teams and our businesses. Drive audience centricity and a clear KPI framework together with our analytics team. Establish state-of the art brand strategy and governance excellence for the function. Develop and lead a team of min. 6 communication experts and managers. What you need to make real what matters. More than 10 years’ experience in brand management and strategy for leading global tech or B2C brand. Proven brand management skills from global strategy to execution in market. Strong strategic leadership skills, business acumen and a proven track record in delivering excellent results. Strong experience in brand design development and agency steering from strategy to excellent execution that is fit for use for our key stakeholders. Comprehensive experience in audience experience journey strategy and implementation in matrix organizations. Experienced people manager who leads with empathy and a strong growth mindset. Excellent and passionate collaborator with experience in driving change in matrix organizations. Passion and experience working across international teams paired with outstanding communication skills. You are fluent in English, German and additional languages are plus. Formal qualifications: excellent university degree or equivalent in the field of marketing or brand building. What we offer.
