Job Description
- Degree in Real Estate / Property Management or relevant discipline
- Holder of professional qualification (e.g. AHKIS / ARICS / MCIH, etc.)
- 15 years’ solid experience in property management company, of which 5 years in managerial level
- Proven track record in managing of Grade-A commercial buildings / shopping malls / large scale of residential buildings
- To provide comprehensive property management services including budgetary control, repair and maintenance, day-to-day operations, etc
- Analytical mind, strong leadership, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
