This head role sets the strategy and goals and defines strategic targets for the Building X project. * Defines and ensures the implementation of function related strategies, policies and guidelines, and/or defines operational activities enabling the exploitation of (vertical and product) markets, in line with the overall business strategy of Building X. * Agrees on budget plans related to subordinated functions and sets and monitors the achievement of respective targets. * Drives and monitors key business development programs. * Supports Building X with an effective sales setup capitalizing synergies in collaboration within and across Siemens units (i.e. aligned setups, aligned processes, aligned incentives etc.). * Supports effectiveness of sales organizations via strategic initiatives / projects. * Acts as ultimate point of escalation to solve mission critical issues and problems. * Heads Building X and leads all related management and staff.
