Head of Business Development & Key Account ManagementJob Description:
As a Sr. Key Account Manager, you will take overall ownership of digital key accounts. This position will focus on business growth of assigned key customers. A Sr. Key Accounts Manager is the single point of contact (SPOC) for large Arrow digital customers. Serving as a Global or National Accounts Manager, this position creates selling opportunities within specified strategic customer accounts by creating strategic relationships with top management. Responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead and manage a team of Key account managers overseeing all Arrow digital key customers.
- Lead to define Key account management sales strategies through all Arrow digital platforms
- Grow business and create selling opportunities with Arrow digital key customers through implementing sales strategies and defining a strategic sales plan and process
- Develop and manage effective relationships with assigned customers.
- Develops mutual performance objectives and financial targets such as revenue and profitability targets and ensure all targets and KPIs are met for the assigned customers
- Directly initiate/participates in the review and negotiation of significant contracts.
- Act as customer point of contact for RFQ, order placement, problem solving and quoting coordination.
- Be accountable for on-going Sales support activities for the Order to Invoice process and act as the first point of escalation
- Effectively Collaborate with Operations/marketing/inventory and other Arrow teams in order to meet account objectives and customers’ expectations
- Attend and support as required regular business reviews both with the customers and internally.
EDUCATION:
- University or above
Basic qualifications:
University graduate, preferably majoring in electronic engineering (电子技术/电子工程专业背景)
At least 8-10 years key account management experience in electronic components industry
Have strong market/industry background
Can undertake high job pressure with an aggressive and pioneer spirit
Proven track record of sales performance and meeting targets
Good business acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities
Strong in driving for results and achievement of targets
Excellent relationship building and customer oriented
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
High level of ownership and accountability for assigned tasks
Good communication skills suitable for both internal and external communities
Can effectively cope with change and be comfortable with ambiguity
Ability to respond rapidly and professionally to the demand of a high pressure commercial environment
Willing to work in a challenging and multicultural environment
English mandatory both verbal and written
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous digital key account management or industry experience
- Previous experience in the electronics distribution business or electronics manufacturer
