• Report to management board member(s) directly;
• Lead business development / project development teams engaging in engineering plastics industry. Develop & implement sales strategies to meet business objectives;
• Coordinate with key customers and internal technical service teams for exploring project development opportunities;
• Establish & develop long term relationship with strategic partners;
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify future business prospects.
  
  

Key Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above in renowned academy in Engineering or Business related disciplines;
• 15+ years working experience with 5+ years proven PRC management experience is desired;
• Sales and/or project development experiences in plastics industry is definitely an advantage;
• Good people management skills and be able to motivate team members to achieve targets;
• Good listener, creative and energetic with excellent analytical and negotiation skills;
• Good command of both English and Putonghua (spoken and written);
• Station in Shanghai with occasion business travel within northern China is required;
• Applicants with less required experiences may also be considered as Senior Business Development Manager.
