Key Responsibilities

Maintain good relationships with all business clients and stakeholders
Develop new business leads, models and programmes
Research and compile business proposals
Manage and support the business teams in their day-to-day activities
Develop, monitor and review the KPIs of all business teams on a continuous basis
Monitor the market trend and activities regarding our competitors in particular
Protect the interests of our hospital in commercial and legal contexts
Manage risks arising from all business and staff related activities outside or within the hospital
Prepare all necessary periodical reports on business performances
Requirements

University graduate preferably in business related &/or clinical disciplines
Prior experience in healthcare/insurance/third party administrator industry would be a definite advantage
Excellent communication and sales management skills
Good team player
Work independently and under high pressure
Proficient in English and Chinese, both spoken and written. Third language a plus
