Job Description
深圳市 南山区

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze, develop and implement comprehensive C&B programs and policies such as annual salary review, job evaluation and job grading structure, sales commission schemes etc
  • Handle full spectrum of C&B functions including payroll, benefits and taxation administration in a timely and accurate manner
  • Handle performance management, salary review, bonus payout, annual budgeting, C&B related survey and statistics
  • Participate in salary surveys, conduct compensation and benefits analysis and proactively make recommendation so that benefits level is competitive in the market
  • Generate analytical information for local/ regional management decision, and prepare reports for regular, statutory and ad hoc requirements.
  • Provide professional C&B guidance for concerned parties to follow the Company’s standard rules & regulations
  • Manage HRIS administration; lead and participate in the analysis and development for solutions relating to HRIS and relating systems
  • Work closely with HK and PRC plants and offices in all C&B issues
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects as needed


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field with minimum of 10 years’ experience in C&B
  • Proven experience in designing job grading structure and sales commission scheme is an advantage
  • Good level of maturity and confidence with the ability to communicate and present in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and good prioritization skills
  • Advanced computer skills with MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
  • Willing to travel
