Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze, develop and implement comprehensive C&B programs and policies such as annual salary review, job evaluation and job grading structure, sales commission schemes etc
- Handle full spectrum of C&B functions including payroll, benefits and taxation administration in a timely and accurate manner
- Handle performance management, salary review, bonus payout, annual budgeting, C&B related survey and statistics
- Participate in salary surveys, conduct compensation and benefits analysis and proactively make recommendation so that benefits level is competitive in the market
- Generate analytical information for local/ regional management decision, and prepare reports for regular, statutory and ad hoc requirements.
- Provide professional C&B guidance for concerned parties to follow the Company’s standard rules & regulations
- Manage HRIS administration; lead and participate in the analysis and development for solutions relating to HRIS and relating systems
- Work closely with HK and PRC plants and offices in all C&B issues
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field with minimum of 10 years’ experience in C&B
- Proven experience in designing job grading structure and sales commission scheme is an advantage
- Good level of maturity and confidence with the ability to communicate and present in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and good prioritization skills
- Advanced computer skills with MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
- Willing to travel
