Are you experienced in overseeing the development, administration and maintenance of compliance policies? Are you someone who likes to do the right thing? Do you know how to maintain independence and objectivity? Are you someone with an ability to articulate rules and guidance to be followed by others? We are looking for someone like that who can:

- Provide oversight of a policy governance framework aligned to the global policy framework while in line with US regulatory expectations, which includes drafting/maintaining monitoring processes for the development, review and update of regional policies and procedures;
- Provide assistance with the creation of policies and procedures in support of the Americas Compliance program, utilizing experience with standards and best practices:
- Develop Compliance related policies based on your in-depth knowledge of compliance related laws, rules and regulations and serve as subject matter expert in the development of procedures to ensure a consistency with policy requirements;
- Provide guidance and support the Americas Compliance team in their development of policies and procedures to ensure adherence to local requirements and meet global standards;
- Provide guidance on the implementation of policies and procedures, while partnering with business senior management;
- Work on and represent the Americas Compliance program in global and regional policy and procedure initiatives;
- Coordinate the regional review of existing global policies as needed;
- Develop, oversee and maintain line of sight of a "global policy library" as a repository for all current global policy documents that apply to the CUSO; and
- Provide strategic advice, guidance and support (e.g., training) to policy practitioners and task forces in the rollout phase of key global policies following review and updates of existing policy and when new policy is developed.
