As Head of Cell Line Development, you will manage a group of people within the Department of Bioprocess Development to deliver high yield cell lines expressing biologics and develop innovative technologies.

Tasks & responsibilities:
• Develop high yield stable cell lines for clinical and commercial biologics production
• Build cell line development capabilities (team, lab and technologies)
• Direct innovative technology development
• Lead research design and execution from DNA to cell lines
• Attend scientific conferences and represent CantonBio to potential clients as appropriate.
• Collaborate closely with upstream and downstream teams to develop high efficiency platforms
• Contribute to the overall operations and to the achievement of departmental goals
• Manage and develop team members
