• Develop and execute on the Asia Channel Management strategy, balancing direct, indirect and e-business, in cooperation with our Asia Sales Heads

• Analyze market and channel demands including pricing structures and incentives to enable strategic decision-making

• Assess performance of channel partners, select and develop appropriate channels and distributors for profitable growth at regional, Asia and global level

• Build sustainable relationships with key channel partners, set objectives and develop programs and marketing initiatives to achieve targets and improve performance

• Manage the interfaces to relevant internal departments and assure adequate support structures and processes

Requirements:

• Degree level minimum (Masters or Higher preferred)
• 10+ years experience in sales
• 5+ years experience in channel management or sales management
• English speaking (Mandarin &/or Japanese as additional languages would be ideal)
• Excellent understanding of excel
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong communicator
• Strategic mindset
