Market competitive salary + bonus and benefits Manchester with the opportunity for hybrid working (home or office) Siemens Plc is seeking a Head of Communications responsible for internal and external communication, aligning and working closely with colleagues in global HQ, providing strategic counsel to the Chief Executive and leadership team on reputation management, hostile/crisis, issues management, communications, social media strategy, and plans. You will have experience working in a large complex organisation operating at an executive level and will take responsibility for advising the Chief Executive on all aspects of national, regional, and local media communications. Working closely with the senior leadership team (SLT), you will use your specialist knowledge to spearhead and risk assess the direction of strategic communications. You will plan, coordinate, and manage the communications strategy in line with the company vision, priorities, and business strategy to deliver fantastic results for Siemens Plc. You will build strong working relationships across Siemens businesses, functions, and teams in the UK and the Siemens international communications community, including global headquarters. You are customer-focused, passionate, and determined to enhance our offer/services to customers through effective and timely communications. As significant will be your presence and ability to be an ambassador for Siemens with both customers and stakeholders, creatively thinking about how you ensure the story of Siemens's commitment to society and customers is told and amplified.
