Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Management of the Bank and provide strategic leadership in managing the Bank’s mortgage and consumer finance business.

Partnering with other stakeholders to explore and develop the business opportunities to increase the Bank’s profit and revenue in accordance with the established policies and risk appetite.

Requirements:

• Macau ID Holder is preferred;
• Bachelor holder or above;
• At least 15 years of banking experience with 8 years at senior management level;
• Sound knowledge and extensive business connections with local consumer finance and mortgage market;
• Outstanding leadership and proven track-record in driving business and people management;
• Strong ability to build consensus and relationship among the executives team and translate the Bank’s strategy into tangible actions to create success for the Bank;
• Demonstrated experience to work in a dynamic and fast changing environment and able to getting objectives accomplished in a structured corporate setting;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
