The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 14 overseas marketplaces, and supporting local Sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Amazon Global Selling is looking for Head of Content Management to join the Asia Seller Education team. In this role, you will lead a team of content developers to understand business and customer needs, define the content development roadmap, take large complex business requirements and break them down into manageable projects, write functional specifications and then deliver them in a successful and timely manner. You anticipate bottlenecks and balance business needs versus technical constraints to move projects forward quickly.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will have the ability to seamlessly flex between managing multiple curriculum development projects, owning schedules, outlining key milestones, and tracking deliverables. The candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, implementing processes and interfacing with internal teams and external contributors. This role requires excellent project management skills, strategic thinking and problem solving, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, a healthy technical knowledge of cross-border ecommerce domains, and the ability to translate technical content into easy-to-understand hands-on exercises, 2D animations and diagrams. Above all, you will have a passion for learning.

Key job responsibilities
1. Manage the intake, development, organization and storage, accuracy and usability, and improvement of existing educational content and related assets for all target audience populations
2. Oversee team of content developers in creating compelling and effective educational content, and ensuring clarity, consistency, and quality of content across a variety of communication forms (e.g. self-learn, instructor-lead, etc.) in multiple Asia countries and languages.
3. Drive strategic initiatives to implement and expand content management strategies (e.g. modularized content and curricular structures, in-app training and coaching, contextual tips and guided workflows, personalized learning, etc.).
4. Propose, execute and maintain a scalable, repeatable process for developing, auditing, and editing high-quality content at scale.
5. Establish and track metrics that help to evaluate and measure content effectiveness and ROI.
