Due to significant growth in our Customer Service business, we have a fantastic opportunity for Head of Customer Service (CS) to join Siemens Mobility team in Australia. Change the future with us. Reporting to the Siemens Mobility Country CEO in ANZ, you will manage and lead the Customer Service business to deliver on the set strategic objectives including appropriate resourcing and operations to deliver efficiently the pipeline of works within OH&S guidelines. In this strategic role, you will: Have strategic, organisational, and supervisory responsibility for the Customer Service business in ANZ. Be responsible for Profit and Loss, and quality. Define, agree, communicate, and implement the strategy and objectives, including market and competitor analyses. Establish a pipeline of future works and support these opportunities through the bidding / tendering phases. Define and allocate necessary resources to deliver on obligations and responsibilities in: Service Delivery Management of Test Rigs Digitalisation Support Communications & Cyber Security Monitor the agreed objectives using appropriate measures and KPIs. Ensure alignment of and adherence to practices and activities with local legislation and global guidelines and processes, including Siemens guidelines and processes. Collaborate with the other functional departments for the overall success of Siemens. Use your skills to move the world forward. You have an understanding and experience of Railway products and systems. You bring your leadership experience to lead large teams and have held P&L responsibility before. You have a Customer Service mindset along with project management capabilities. You are a natural entrepreneur and have business development experience to bring sustainable growth to the service business.
