Digital Operations Office (DOO), within Siemens Healthineers Diagnostics (DX) - Laboratory Diagnostics (LD) Operations, is a newly established organizational unit tasked with strategy, planning and execution of end-to-end digitalization of DX business operations. One of key pillars of DOO is Data Insights. Head of Data Insights will establish program management for DX portfolio of digitalization initiatives, and will define and support companywide framework for utilizing business data as source of insight and rapid action management. As Head of Digital Insights, your will report into Head of Digital Operations Office. Head of Data Insights has following key assignments: Establishing Program Management Office for agile management of a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives with aim to deliver measurable business impacts, Roadmap alignment of core digital transformation initiatives within DX, Development and facilitation of a companywide digitalization maturity program, Establishment and coordination of a cross-functional community of digital ambassadors with aim to ideate and define advanced portfolio of high impact digitalization initiatives, Implementation of advanced data analytics frameworks utilizing ML/AI, as well as maturing of DX organizational capabilities in the domain of data science. Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as Head of Data Insights: This is a role well suited to an accomplished business leader, who combines extensive experience in organizational leadership and digital transformation of business operations with vision for innovative use of modern information technology. As Head of Data Insights, you will share P&L responsibility with the DOO Leadership team, but also be directly responsible for: Soliciting ideas for, planning and road mapping high impact initiatives for digital transformation across all business operations within DX Jointly with business program leaders, overseeing implementations of a portfolio of initiatives in the data analytics domain Establishing high-performance agile management framework for the entire portfolio Supporting analysis and design of solutions for cross-functional digital transformations across global business community (HQ and Regions), with emphasis on maximizing business benefits Setting up and evolving global frameworks for data science, data analytics and agile action management utilizing data insights Leading a dedicated group of data professionals, facilitating ongoing maturing of their organizational capabilities, development of talent and functional excellence Developing a network of external solution development partners and specifying contracts and SLAs for their services Developing training, communication and sustainability programs for a global user base of DX data analytics solutions This position may suit you best if you have significant experience with Leadership of an organization tasked with supporting digitalization of core business operations (R&D, SCM, Service, Sales Ops, Finance, …) Delivering quantifiable business impact Overseeing large scale digitalization transformation initiatives (involving systems and applications for ERP, PLM, CRM, Data Warehousing, etc.) Managing budgets associated with large scale IT investments (infrastructure, programs, support, etc.) Developing trusted advisory relationship with senior leaders Building and nurturing extensive network of partners (consultants, contractors, vendors, internal and external strategic enablers) Developing and supporting a practice community of cross-disciplinary experts Agile management of a portfolio of ongoing transformation initiatives and development programs Required demonstrated skills to have for the success of this role Ability to lead large scale organizational change Confidence with setting vision and strategy for yet to be developed organization Extensive breadth of communication and team building skills (persuasive motivation, problem solving, negotiation and consensus building, conflict resolution, …) Commitment to demonstrate, promote and motivate ownership culture Master’s degree or equivalent experience is required with a minimum of 10 years of experience within business operations Minimum of 5 years of organizational leadership career development (in one or more business operations areas: supply chain management, customer service management, sales operations, finance and R&D) Willing to travel up to 20% Siemens Healthineers has recently announced the next steps in our continued commitment to prioritize colleague health, comply with customer/business partner requirements, and help preserve our business continuity.
