Have you successfully managed large-scale Data Transformation Programs? Are you confident in delivering the objectives within highly complex governance structures including coordination of sourcing across several functions/divisions? Do you take pride in exhibiting delivery and innovation excellence? We’re looking for Head of Head of Data Strategy, Analytics & Reporting within GCRG Technology to work with the Capability Head to drive the definition, syndication and execution of the agreed strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

• partner with business stakeholders to understand their business objectives and develop a technology strategy to support those goals by translating customers' needs into Group Technology services respectively positioning these needs in the service architecture for Data, Analytics & Reporting
• define and execute the service line strategy, including operating model, change management principles, roles and responsibilities between business and IT, adoption of strategic technology stack and more
• manage all activities related to the delivery of that strategy, including:
o develop an integrated architecture – in partnership with our CTO function and the other related technology areas of the bank
o develop a roadmap and multi-year plan for the area
o work with your business stakeholders to agree a portfolio of programs and projects, and related budget and headcount
o manage program delivery
o provide visibility into progress, risks and issues in regular stakeholder updates
• partner with Technology Services Group for infrastructure and production support activities
• understand and be accountable for all technology risk and control requirements
partner with our CTO team to help define enterprise architecture and standards
be responsible for production and communication of the GCRG Data, Analytics & Reporting monthly review, reporting and billing
• act as a custodian and carrier of culture to ensure collaboration, ability to challenge, transparency and professionalism
• managing a geographically distributed team to ensure consistency of implementation of strategic initiatives.
