Change the future with us Leads the maintenance organization in the depot and directs his subordinated team managers with respect to daily business and to long term planning Manages a safe & efficient maintenance service within the annual budget and the set performance criteria Overall responsibility for all aspects of the maintenance services, the depot operations and the management of all installed facilities and assets Develop a relationship with the customer that provides a stable foundation for future business Participate in regular reviews with customer representatives and demonstrate improved product performance and customer satisfaction Ensure that the maintenance is carried out in a safe manner and in accordance to the set standards Participate in developing short, medium and long term plans to achieve contract requirements in a cost effective manner Ensure Locomotive fleet, Depot M&Ps and all installed facilities & assets are maintained in compliance with all maintenance documentation, certificates and Siemens policies Participate in establishing budgets. Responsible for monitoring progress and delivery to budget Overall responsibility for the maintenance budget of the Locomotive fleet, Depot M&Ps and all installed facilities & assets assigned to the depot Monitor and control the progress of KPIs targets related to the contract deliverables, driving business improvement Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the performance regime, like fleet availability and depot performance trends, developing improvement proposals Drive productivity improvement using continuous improvement and six sigma techniques, to achieve strategic targets Overall responsibility for Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Take measures to manage all maintenance works being in compliance with the applicable safety rules and regulations Decision in coordination with the local division of Siemens in personnel recruitment Initiation of necessary disciplinary actions Use your skills to move the world forward Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering subject or equivalent. Possesses more than 15 years working experiences in either a rolling stock manufacturing plant or in a maintenance depot. Good technical knowledge of rolling stock and/ or facility technical issues, preferably for depot M&Ps of locomotives. Good understanding of depot operation processes Depot engineering qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent experience Good knowledge of IT systems Excellent communicator, both written and oral.
