Then come join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as Head of Digital Marketing and CRM Master Data in IT, with focus on, but not limited to, the information and data process flow along the value chain from Brand to Demand to Transaction. You will be part of the global IT organization, and more specifically the Digital Customer Experience team. You will have the opportunity to test your knowledge in a challenging problem-solving environment. This position can be filled in the USA or in Germany. The Head of Digital Marketing and CRM Master Data will spearhead the global SHS IT DCE pillar that runs the technical infrastructure, data platform and visualization technologies for enterprise analytics from Brand to Demand to Transaction. This position will build and mature fundamental capabilities, skills, and performance to prepare and support our growth and scale within and across our digital marketing and CRM ecosystem. This position partners with and advises the business and is responsible and accountable for managing and ensuring the quality of its information as a corporate asset to deliver business insights that improves decision making across the company and generates incremental business value and new opportunities through data innovation. Your tasks and responsibilities: The role encompasses data management and governance, analytics, insights, AI/ML, application integration, managing data platforms, and directing communities of support for leveraging data to improve business operations across the enterprise. You will oversee a team of data experts. You will support programs to improve data quality, operational efficiency, and consistency. You will provide business practices and processes. You will drive policies and procedures that monitor and support the organization's operational business objectives. You will develop reporting on key metrics and recommendations to the Communications, Marketing and Commercial Excellence functions as well as the executive team on a recurring basis. You will drive accountability by establishing a robust data & analytics governance and measurement framework for Customer master data. You will collaborate with the data cloud, enterprise architecture and infrastructure teams to implement technical architecture to deliver data ingestion framework, data persistence, business access, delivery, management, and security. You will deliver business support and consultation for sales catalog management. You will provide customer and product master data support and consultation. You will manage organization, policies, processes, and standards to support technology innovations, evolutions, evaluations, upgrades, POC’s, and data-related application development. You will guide and coordinate the communication with all important decision-makers and relevant global stakeholders and advise them on customer master data information and process flow. Your attributes and skills: This role requires a strong scientific attitude with the ability to also assess cross-company program support effectiveness and provide sound strategic advice plus practical forward-looking operational insight for senior executives. You will have a relentless curiosity and possess a passion for creating innovative approaches and deep methodical framework to capture market share and monetize our portfolio. Moreover, you will excel at developing recommendations that transcend the numbers with outstanding communication skills, high initiative, and strong guiding drive in pursuit of practical outcomes. You should be able to generate hypotheses, independently examine complex data and make strategic recommendations despite uncertainty and ambiguity. You successfully build and execute growth strategies at scale. You have strong consultative and collaborative capability. You can synthesize, examine, and interpret data (including KPI reports) and transfer them into action. You have strong business acumen to translate big data capabilities and next generation information management solutions into business outcomes that align to business objectives and support real-time decision-making. You demonstrate proven leadership building capabilities across all disciplines of data including analytics, data science and data engineering. You have knowledge and practical application of advanced statistical analysis and mathematical modeling concepts and conventions. You demonstrate proven stakeholder management skills, credibility to C-Suite levels. You are a proven people influencer/developer in virtualized teams. You can make complex concepts simple. You make data-driven decisions. You work effectively with all levels of management. You collaborate with business heads, understand business strategy/processes, look for innovative solutions to drive business solutions for internal business users and external customers. You translate business needs into requirements and take the results of sophisticated analyses and communicate them effectively to a broad audience of global stakeholders. You can work and contribute in a fast-paced, high velocity business environment, to think strategically and develop solutions that can be implemented to attain desired results. You break down barriers and drive for results. Your qualifications and experience: You have a master’s degree in data analytics or equivalent experience and education. Preferably, you have experience within a Siemens Healthineers customer-facing organization(s). You have long-term (7+ years) management experience. You have extensive (5+ years) data and analytics accountability in a large cross-functional organization. Preferably, you have coding expertise (SQL, Python, R) for data access. The pay range for this position in New York or Westchester County is $195,416 - $268,697 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
