As Director (f/m/d) of Digital Experience you, define and oversee, together with internal stakeholders, the enterprise digital experience strategy, encompassing public (e.g. Web sites, landing pages, marketplaces) and private (e.g. customer portal, partner portal, sales portal) web properties and supporting infrastructure (Web content management, Digital Asset Management, Marketing Automation Platforms). You ensure that Siemens has the right strategy, infrastructure/platforms and tactics to move towards a seamless digital experience for its key stakeholders, working in collaboration with the group and business communications, sales, marketing and the regions. This role requires someone strong in digital communications strategy and technical execution. You are at the forefront of opportunities to improve Siemens’ digital communications presence using the latest digital solutions. In particular, you will Map the digital journey for key Siemens target audiences and develop a strategic roadmap to improve the online experience. Drive and coordinate the integration of the digital strategy across relevant channels. Uncover and validate gaps, and introduce design improvement initiatives across people, processes and technology to deliver a brand-appropriate digital experience. Work closely with IT and sales, marketing and communications operations to define business requirements for evaluation, acquisition, implementation and integration of digital systems. Act as the catalyst for digital transformation, promoting a cross-functional focus on customer experience. Collaborate with and advise other functions (e.g., portfolio marketing, communications, demand centres, sales, customer service, investor relations) to define the nature of, and desired outcomes from, digital experiences for primary audience categories (e.g., customers, prospects, partners, sales, investors). Advise other functions, especially digital marketers and Web developers, on digital best practices spanning interface design, user experience, new capabilities, privacy laws and regulations, and digital strategy compliance. Create and maintain maps and use cases of digital activities and touchpoints for primary audience categories. Use analytics to continuously audit and improve digital experiences and outcomes. Oversee testing of digital user interfaces (e.g. landing pages, portal pages). Conduct internal and external stakeholder sentiment studies to improve digital experiences. Support efforts to gather customer insights and leverage these insights to improve understanding of customer experience and key drivers of satisfaction and loyalty. Sounds exciting? You have already conducted such a Big Picture Exercise in a comparable environment, and you could prove your leadership skills in a cross-disciplinary/departmental environment. You are confident in addressing challenging topics in the organization.  You also have experience in preparing decisions and presentations for the C/MBM level.  You are a Pro in Project Management – You need excellent Project Management skills to structure and timebox the Big Picture definition project.  You know the way from strategy to implementation – you have a strong strategic, conceptual, and forward-thinking attitude and enjoy problem-solving, tackling difficult challenges and finding creative solutions. You have already successfully managed the handover of such a significant initiative from project level to implementation mode (needs a good handshake for the "long term solution")  You have experience in change management and know which methodologies to demonstrate drive bigger organizational and culture changes.
