Major Responsibilities:
1.Team Management (manage, motivate and develop the departmental team to ensure that optimum performance, efficiency and effectiveness of the department are achieved and that business strategy is implemented)
2.Communication both internally and externally (liaise, negotiate and influence to ensure that preferred process requirements are met)
3.Target and performance management (lead and monitor to ensure that a hierarchy of business targets and objectives exists which are integrated with TA objectives and accurately reported against. To provide reports on the performance of the business against its targets. To specifically develop a set of detailed quality targets broken down to product and areas of responsibility.)
4.Business Management System (to ensure the conformance of the business system to TS16949 and other Geely Group requirements to identify areas for improvement, recommend improvement actions and ensure they are implemented within agreed timescales.
5.Quality (to assist and advise process owners and other stakeholders in the use of appropriate tools and techniques for process improvement and optimization, to identify good / benchmark practices both internally and externally to the Geely Group and to implement where appropriate.)
6.Launch management (lead activities to ensure a successful launch of the engine production processes within the engine plant and the engine into the vehicle)
7.Measuring room and laboratory management including responsibility for technical tidiness.
Qualifications:
1.University degree / graduated in engineering / business management (automotive/engine)
2.Expert knowledge of engine components, quality standards, measuring equipment and calibration.
3.Expert knowledge of advancements in quality thinking and approaches
4.Thorough understanding of business targets and objectives
5.Highly developed communication skills
6.Team and individual development, management and leadership
7.Project management skills
8.Awareness of health, safety and environmental issues relevant to the area of responsibility
9.Experience of working both cross-function and internationally
10.Fluent in English

本项目计划投产的15TD发动机为吉利与VOLVO共同研发的新型发动机,计划2018年下线,预计到2019年将达到年产36万台(套)的生产规模,逐步替换吉利集团现有的4G15、4G18、1.8T、2.0L、2.4L发动机,使整车动力的技术水平、动力性能登上了一个新的台阶,能够满足欧洲排放法规的要求,为CMA、FE、博瑞、博越系列轿车的批量出口打下了坚实的基础。
项目主要建设内容包括年产36万台发动机所需的缸体、缸盖、曲轴等加工生产线;装配试验生产线;相关的工艺辅助部门;以及联合厂房(含联合站房、办公楼、食堂、淋浴间、充电间、毛坯库、卸货间等)、油化库、供油站、门卫室、围墙及道路等土建公用设施。项目的建设内容全部为新建,采用一次投资,一次建设完成的方式。建设工期为24个月。
