Job Description - Head of English

Location: Baoshan District, Shanghai
School: Cunzhi International Division
Time: Full-time
Starting date: August, 2025


Job Description:
1.Teach ESL courses to grade 9-12 students;
2.Student management duties;
3.Attend on-campus exam supervision/department meeting, etc;
4.Other teaching-related department duties.
5. Team management for English department

Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. English major or relevant subject majors preferred
3. Minimum 2 years’ verifiable management experience and teaching credentials required
4.Good team player and solid communication skills
5. Cross-cultural awareness
6. Native speakers preferred
