About Role:
The Enterprise Sales Leader position will be responsible for developing and
building strategic customer relationships and uncovering opportunities,
selling the benefits of the full portfolio of Lenovo Data Centre Group
products to deliver exceptional customer outcomes (Servers, Applications,
Workloads, Storage, Network, Convergence, and Cloud).
This individual will lead a team of Territory Account Executives in selling
Lenovo products, services, and solutions to Enterprise, Education, Federal and
Local Government clients.
Responsibilities include:
• Develop and cultivate client relationships as well as achieving profit and
revenue objectives
• Be a leader in building and developing processes driving client
satisfaction, operational efficiency, new account development, repeat sales,
product upgrades, problem resolution, and business controls to maximize
results
• Ensure that products, services and solutions recommended to clients will
fulfill their needs
• Manage a team of experienced Account Executives
• Acquisition and transition opportunities
• Manage all aspects of complex sales and drive to close. The successful
candidate will have demonstrated team building and leadership experience.
#### Position Requirements:
• Establishing and building long standing technology partnerships with our
customers
• Looking for an individual with extensive Direct Sales and Channel Leadership
Experience and strong customer/ partner engagement skills
• A Sales Leader that possesses extensive Australian Enterprise industry
expertise & experience
• Seeking a Sales Leader that is capable of building out and leading the
charge in Data Centre Infrastructure and Software Defined Infrastructure.
• Uncovering and closing net new opportunities by driving Territory Sales
Model
• Strategic leadership providing vision and rep level guidance that is not
product focused, but industry focused (i.e. AI/ Big Data, VDI, IOT/ Edge,
Blockchain & DevOps)
• Master of Account/ Territory Ownership, True E2E deal management, sound
pipeline/ forecasting management skills
This role will be based out of our Sydney, Australia office, and report into
the General Manager ANZ Data Center business.
