• Work in close collaboration with Frontlines and Area organizations to g ather and analyze feedback from customers and to identify quality improvement opportunities in the full chain.

• Promote and develop the escalator full chain quality culture.

• Monitor and develop the effectiveness of quality corrective and preventative actions globally and provide direction and support where needed.

• Work in close collaboration with the different organization of Escalator Business line to optimize and continuously improve the quality key performance indicators (KPI), and to establish and develop a strong quality network within KONE for best practice sharing and for deepening understanding of current and future requirements.
• Be responsible for the implementation of the EHS Management System and related processes in the respective department / team / workplace.

Ideally you will have:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or equivalent;
• Fluent communication skill in English, Mandarin seen as advantage (both spoken and written)
  Knowledge of ISO, Lean & 6 Sigma
• Systematic working style, with customer focus with good collaboration skills.
• Strong data analysis and proven problem solving skills
• Excellent teamwork, communication and influencing skills, experience working in global matrix organization.
• Several years experience of driving continuous improvement on quality system and process capability
• Several years work experience in quality control, quality management preferably, experience of Escalator products would be beneficial.
