My client is a global well-known luxury brand, with business of retail, B2B and ecommerce.

• Participate in functional strategies and long term objectives creation with the CFO and Divisional GMs during Year Plan, Budget and Forecasting cycles for total China

• Lead FP&A team to produce meaningful financial analysis, challenge and develop insights from information, and work with divisional retail, marketing, VM, training and operation teams etc. to come up with suggestions for investment & divestment with priorities

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting exercise for the total company, consolidating all financial for all divisions, corporate functions, as well as overseas counterparts (for impacts to China)

• Provide rational financial justifications to maintain healthy financial status of China, including the critical advertising, promotion & people investments

• Look for expenses saving & efficiency gain opportunities across the organization, and influence the change of SOP to improve ROI

• People management

• Bachelor degree in accounting or related

• At least 10 years experience in international companies and cross culture environment, preferable from a trading, distribution company, chain retailers, consumer products preferred

• Self motivated, analytical, leadership skills, problem solving and performance under pressure

• Strong market and business exposure
