A well reputed Client is presently seeking a Head of Facilities Management/Senior Project Manager to assist them with expanding their business in Hong Kong.

• To be a successful candidate you should possess the following key skills:
• Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Housing Management, Building Management or relevant
• Reporting to the Group Director, you are expected to manage and develop account relationships within the facilities management sector, familiar with all FM operations from policy, rules and regulations
• You are expected to work closely with clients to provide recommendations with improvements on cost, quality and overall assure strong service deliver
• Those with good command of spoken and written English & Chinese will be an advantage
• Those immediately available will be highly considered
