Responsibility:

• Be part of Group Finance Department MHP Group as a local head of Finance and take over responsibility for development and optimization of finance and administration processes (incl. internal controls with focus on the consulting industry)

• Organize the Shareholder’s Committee for MHP CN

• Proactively identifying business risks and improving areas that affect KPIs and business results

• Be interface to Porsche and MHP Group for legal and compliance topics and develop local processes in this area

• Developing and monitoring KPIs as well as coordinating and developing the Long-Term Plan, Annual Target and Rolling Forecast processes

• Effectively following-up and analyzing strategic KPIs

• Realize Tax Compliance

• Be the contact person for local external auditors and tax authorities

• Be responsible for local IT-Management (as well as interface and reporting to MHP Group)

• Develop local purchase processes

• Achieve strong reputation as a business partner

• Take over responsibility from day one

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent education

• Above 10 years of work experience in Finance department of international company or similar skill background

• Profound knowledge of GAAP and international financial reporting standards

• Knowledge of tax regulations for operative business

• Knowledge in SAP FI, SD and BW

• Knowledge of legal & compliance

• Willingness to work internationally to support MHP China and MHP Group

• Fluency in English (German will be an advantage)

• Professional appearance

• Analytical and structured working attitude

• Willingness to be based in Shanghai and travel up to 20%
