Main Responsibilities

• . Accounting and Controlling of TecAlliance’s Business in Asia and Australia;
• . Leading the local finance teams across the regions;
• . Acting as the man interface to the Headquarter.

Main Tasks:

• . Plan and controll the business (e.g. budget, monthly closings);
• . Manage the daily financial tasks in the fields of accounting, reporting, liquidity management, (international) taxation;
• . Manage the finance staff across TecAlliance’s locations in Asia;
• . Create monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements inline with the corporate guidelines;
• . Conduct annual audits and confirmations;
• . Act as main contact for banks, tax consultants and auditors;
• . Improve and implement the transfer pricing system across the region in close cooperation with HQ;
• . Improve financial processes, tools, methods, reports.

Requirements:

• . Min. 10 years of experience in Finance in an international company, preferable of a mid-sized company in China;
• . Very good knowledge of Chinese and international tax laws and accounting;
• . Very good knowledge of relevant ERP systems;
• . Solid experience in the accounting and reporting processes;
• . Profound experience in Fast Closing processes and international Accounting and Reporting standards;
• . Experiences in Audit Processes and International Tax matters;
• . Hands-on can do attitude (solution-oriented);
• . Resourceful and independent working style;
• . Management and inter-cultural skills for leading international teams across several locations;
• . Flexible and agile mindset for acting at his best in a fast-changing environment;
• . Precise communication style;
• . Proficient in English.
