To strengthen and support our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Head of Finance Large Drives Application to join our Finance and Business Administration team with base out of the office in Gothenburg. Here you will be part of the division Siemens Large Drive Applications (LDA), a leading global supplier of high voltage and medium voltage products and solutions for the oil and gas, marine and other industries. We are a company in constant growth and have the entire Nordic and Baltic region as our area of work. We have a dynamic work environment with skilled employees of both sexes. On 1st October 2023 our business will be expanded by additional scope and carved out into separate legal entities. Due to the increased workload and the organizational changes in our business, we are searching for a committed and experienced: The location of the position is Gothenburg. Main responsibilities consist of the following: Manages all accounting and controlling areas, with guidance of accounting and controlling teams, for the Large Drives Application business in Sweden including a branch in Finland and supports accountable Country CEO collaboratively for the country organization. • Ensures effective financial analysis, planning and controlling activities, and all related business administration processes. • Oversees and ensures completion of all accounting, financial statements and reporting, and all finance related operations. • Contributes to definition, and ensures implementation of financial strategies, policies and guidelines. • Supports accountable CFO, provides advice and proposes measures regarding Finance / Business Administration. • Develops and implements financial and business administration policies, standards and procedures for the legal entity in Sweden and Finland. • Manages the assigned Finance / Business Administration organization. • Manages or contributes to ongoing optimization processes to ensure rationalization potential and to optimize productivity. • Collaborates in the preparation of complex bids and tenders for project business. • Ensures compliant and standardized contract management, in all relevant business cases (supplier, customer, service providers). • May coordinate risk and internal control management (incl. ERM, internal regulations). Skills, Education and Experience • Bachelor or master’s degree in Finance and Business Administration • Minimum of 5 years work experience as head of finance for an entity • Experience with SAP (S4/HANA would be an advantage) • Proficient in Swedish and English; German is of advantage Are you up for the challenge?
