Job Title: Head of Finance
Location: Nigeria
Salary Budget: USD 60,000 per year (approx. RMB 432,000)
Working Schedule: Breakfast 7:00–8:00; coffee breaks at 10:00 and 15:00; dinner at 18:00

Key Responsibilities
• Overall responsibility for the school's financial strategy, budgeting, internal controls, reporting, and treasury management
• Lead the finance system upgrade (ERP integration) and process optimisation
• Oversee procurement compliance, audits, taxation, and commercial contract reviews
• Manage the finance team and support business growth (student numbers expected to increase from 100 to 300)
• Report bilingually (Chinese and English) to Chinese management and the British Head of School
Requirements
• Certified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, ICAN or equivalent) with a Bachelor's degree or above
• 5+ years of financial leadership experience; experience in an international school or hotel financial management preferred
• Previous finance work experience in Africa is a strong plus
• Fluent in both Chinese and English for business communication (with Chinese management and British Head)
• Experience in ERP implementation, budget modelling, cross-border tax/forex management preferred
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑growth organisation
