Head of Front Office Department
- To lead operations at all Front Office sections and ensures the guests journeys are excellent, covering all areas performing to achieve the goals.
Hotel Overview
Situated in Senayan Square at the South end of Jakarta's Central Business District, Fairmont Jakarta will feature 380 spacious guestrooms and 108 Fairmont branded suites. Additional features and amenities to the urban hotel include a number of lounges and several restaurants featuring a variety of culinary offerings. For corporate events and local galas, the hotel features 3,500 square meters of function space, including a1,200 square meter ballroom.|

What you will be doing: - Monitor performance of all FO section on daily operations
- Provides support to section leaders in delivering smooth operations
- Ensure excellent guest experience for every guest
- Plan the expenses to detail following to operational requirement
- Involved on yearly budget and plan on CAPEX and expenses
- Share strategical information
- Conduct team shift briefing to share operational information
- Monitor supplies stock and order
- Maintain relationship with regular guests
- Self-introduction to first timer guest and offer assistance
Your experience and skills include: - Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset
- Minimum of 1 year previous proven supervisory experience
- Advance level of Opera PMS is an asset
- Strong guest service orientation and training skills background required
- Experience with a Hotel loyalty program an asset
- Computer proficiency in a Windows environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
