What you need to make real what matters? University degree or comparable education with a focus on e.g. mechanical design and/or manufacturing/industrial engineering. Extensive experience on leading as well as optimizing a factory environment. Proven track record of improvement and transformation projects within the greater manufacturing area. Holistic transformation approach towards Lean Production and Industry 4.0/Digitization within a factory environment. Experience in digitization projects on factory level using state of the art technologies as digital twin, simulation, advanced robotic, cloud & edge computing and artificial intelligence. Collaboration skills to handle business with different customers.
