Golf Pride is currently seeking a Head of Global E-Commerce - Golf Pride to join our team. This position is based at our Pinehurst, NC location. Relocation assistance will be provided within the United States. Position Overview: For 70 years Golf Pride® has been the global leader in golf grips. Combine that passion with the resources of Eaton, a $20B global leader that powers businesses worldwide, and it makes for an exciting place to work In 2018, Golf Pride launched our e-commerce channel to engage with consumers directly and complement our traditional retail and OEM channels. Since its inception, Golf Pride has run our DTC channel as a "business within the business" to foster an entrepreneurial mindset focused on scalable growth. As our DTC business grows, this leader will create and drive the vision for the future of the channel. The Head of Global E-Commerce must be an expert change agent who can rally the organization around a future vision and drive effective coordination between both dedicated and shared resources. The Head of Global E-Commerce will have responsibility for the growth and profitability of our e-commerce platform and future retail stores along with innovating new business models to reach Golf Pride's consumers. They will create business plans, launch pilot programs, establish new organizational capabilities, and drive execution across the channel. As the channel grows, this leader will establish strong links into Golf Pride's core business processes (product development, marketing, SIOP, finance). This success of this role will be measured by how well we can reach new consumers (incremental growth), and how we feed learnings from our direct interactions with consumers back into our core business. In this function you will: Drive a World Class Consumer Experience in Golf Pride's Direct to Consumer Channel Partner with consumer experience task force to execute the vision for providing a best-in-class consumer experience that reinforces Golf Pride's position as the market leader in grips Identify new approaches to build awareness for direct-to-consumer offerings and drive incremental traffic across both digital and physical platforms Develop a long-term roadmap for eCommerce infrastructure to ensure a seamless consumer experience Manage the DTC Customer Service team to enable fast resolution to customer issues and drive root cause/corrective actions to resolution Integrate the Direct-to-Consumer Channel with Golf Pride's Core Business Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Operations teams to manage inventory needs, and actively monitor data flow between websites and other internal systems Maintain a roadmap of site/experience design improvements and work in conjunction with the DTC Ops Leader and Eaton IT for deployment enhancements Partner with Golf Pride Operations and Materials Management leaders to build a world class fulfilment model that supports future global growth plans Partner with Golf Pride core business functions (Marketing, SIOP, Finance, IT) to streamline business processes Grow Golf Pride's Direct to Consumer Channel Develop the business plan (including revenue and profit projections) to grow the direct-to-consumer channel (digital and physical platforms) 10x by 2027 Lead the forecasting and execution of the channel P&L to achieve quarterly and annual targets Collaborate with other internal leaders to define KPI's to measure and improve DTC channel performance (consumer experience, internal efficiency, financial) Partner with Brand Marketing to develop product and service roadmaps for grips and non-grip assortment in the DTC channel to maximize sales, margin, and consumer engagement Translate current consumer learnings to innovative new business models and run pilot programs to test improvements to our consumer experience When we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we — as individuals and as a company — are stronger Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Five (5) years of E-Commerce experience Three (3) years of experience in consumer products (CPG, Sports Industry Management, or Durable Goods) Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship both now and in the future Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree in Business and Marketing, from an accredited institution. Seven (7) years E-commerce or Business Development experience at a multi-channel consumer brand Track record of e-commerce success driving sales growth and building a consumer brand, preferably within the sports industry Knowledge of golf industry Position Criteria: Ability to credibly influence people without direct authority.
