職務說明

• In charge of full human resources functions such as C&B, OD, training programs, labor relationship and internal employee document procedures
• Oversee the procedures of recruitment life cycle from talent acquisition to employee engagement
• Formulate and implement talent management policies
• Control the process of on-boarding, training and create an environment to keep the team highly performing
• Experienced in leading a HR team to demonstrate direction and enforce all function of human resources

理想的應徵者

• At least 8 Years of work experience in human resources
• Solid skillsets to lead human resources team in fast-moving environment
• Strong knowledge concerning local employment laws and regulations
• Fluency in English and Mandarin to communicate efficiently with multi-lingual workforce in various time zones
• Experience in fast-growing technical or fintech startup is a PLUS
• Worked as HRBP with Engineering teams is a PLUS
