職務說明
- In charge of full human resources functions such as C&B, OD, training programs, labor relationship and internal employee document procedures
- Oversee the procedures of recruitment life cycle from talent acquisition to employee engagement
- Formulate and implement talent management policies
- Control the process of on-boarding, training and create an environment to keep the team highly performing
- Experienced in leading a HR team to demonstrate direction and enforce all function of human resources
理想的應徵者
- At least 8 Years of work experience in human resources
- Solid skillsets to lead human resources team in fast-moving environment
- Strong knowledge concerning local employment laws and regulations
- Fluency in English and Mandarin to communicate efficiently with multi-lingual workforce in various time zones
- Experience in fast-growing technical or fintech startup is a PLUS
- Worked as HRBP with Engineering teams is a PLUS
