Job Description

- Determining the right market analysis to identify where the right candidates for the BMW Group can be found.
- Ongoing steering of the HR marketing and recruiting process to ensure the right candidates are on board on time and within budget.
- Identifying the right channels to ensure that the best cost-per-hire of each candidate is realized and reached via proper channels or media.
- Being the main contact for all team members through the BMW Group procedures to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Overall responsibility for steering of the budget, invest and headcount requirements.
- Close collaboration with the other HR department (Training, HR Mgt. and HR Services) to align processes and information for new hires.
- Steering of service provider based in Hungary responsible for all hiring activities, ensuring proper delivery.
- Creation of guidelines and processes ensuring the smooth sourcing and hiring of new local employees.
- You will continuously report the progress of the ramp up to the Management Team. On a disciplinary level, you report directly to the local HR Director.

We want to keep driving towards the future, so our team is currently seeking a: " Head of HR Marketing and Recruiting (f/m/x)". You will have an overall responsibility for all HR Marketing, sourcing and recruiting activities for the new greenfield plant in Debrecen, Hungary. Furthermore you will be responsible for the strategy development of attracting all target groups for the new plant in Hungary. In this function you will begin with an qualification on business trips to Germany in regular basis before returning and bringing your experience to Debrecen.

- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or another related field like Psychology/Organisation Development.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
- Work experience in an international organization (previous experience in the automotive industry would be an advantage).
- 7 years recruiting and/or HR marketing experience.
- Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Structured working style, strong ability of multitasking and Strategic and conceptional thinking.
- English and Hungarian – business fluent, both written and spoken, German would be an advantage.
