The Health and Wellness Impact Strategist role exists to produce high quality, creative and engaging content for a range of marketing communications, mainly focus on Health and Wellness topics, to support the strategic growth of the business and distribution channels.

Job Description:

• Develop and execute Health and Wellness (H&W) Impact strategies (content and engagement strategies at a company level and sub functions level (20%)
• Create and execute compelling H&W contents that drive engagement, traffic to lead platform, generate qualified leads to support sale conversion, and increase customer satisfaction (20%)
• Conduct survey/research to understand H&W preference, relevancy, and insights of different segments of our potential and existing customers (10%)
• Work closely and with strong collaboration within organization, with different stakeholders to grow business via H&W strategies, identify customers’ needs and gaps in our
content and recommend new topics (20%)

• Work with external vendors in developing effective
communications assets for distribution channels, website,
social medias, as well as AIA own digital platforms for an
ongoing engagement with potential and existing customers
(10%)
• Act as the guardian for AIA brands’ tone of voice; shaping and
maintaining the brand, to ensure effective and consistent
execution. (10%)
• Ensure high level of creativity and brand of all communication
materials for health and wellness. (10%)

Job Requirement:

• University graduate or above, preferably in Digital Communication, Marketing or Business Management.
• Previous experience in health and wellbeing categories is beneficial.
• Background in insurance/financial services or other related industries.
• Demonstrate creative mindsets and customer centricity mentality to produce high quality, engaging contents and communications.
• Solid expertise in developing creative concepts and content across a broad range of audiences and medias, including advertising, collateral, promotional materials, social and digital/mobile.
• Experience in aspects of project management. Ability to plan, manage and deliver results including budget monitoring.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills and the ability to think and plan strategically
• Excellent interpersonal communication including writing and editing skills in both Khmer and English.
