Siemens Healthineers is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Healthcare Departmental Consulting, to join our inclusive and welcoming team. As our Head of Healthcare Departmental Consulting, you will develop, plan and deliver the departmental consulting strategy for GB&I and EMEA colleagues to create new offerings in all relevant areas of Siemens Healthineers. You will also develop and form local and global partnerships with external organisations to continuously broaden the portfolio to ensure that we remain customer relevant. This should include working with the Enterprise Services Business Development team to develop solutions in GB&I, ensuring our consulting portfolio is leveraged to influence customer relationships. In your first few weeks in this Head of Healthcare Departmental Consulting role, you can expect to: Contribute to the development, planning and implementation of the GB&I, EMEA and global departmental consulting strategy Represent GB&I on Global Consulting Strategic Management forums, supporting solution development and contributing to the global consulting knowledge pool Manage the GB&I Departmental Consulting team and wider Siemens Healthineers team members in encouraging opportunities and delivering innovative business Ensure effective, optimised resource and talent planning through the Departmental Consulting team Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales and Communications function to position Siemens Healthineers as a market and thought leader in the area of Departmental and Transformational consulting To apply for this Departmental Consultant role, you will need a first-hand understanding of the NHS (ideally at a radiology management level), its issues and its culture and experience in successful partnering with hospital management and staff. You will also require the following: Evidence of continuing professional development in healthcare management evidenced by a Master's level qualification in a relevant subject area Demonstrable expert understanding of clinical practices and processes Experience in guiding and managing teams in a complex, multi-agency context with a proven record of positive staff relationships and satisfaction Proven expertise in effecting a strategy of change management across organisational boundaries As a vital member of our team and in return for your expertise, inclusive approach and commitment, we will provide a favourable salary and the chance to join a passionate and welcoming team.
